BLOCK 10 POLICY:
If you are purchasing items such as t-shirts, we have implemented a BLOCK 10 policy which
essentially means that every 10 items purchased must be of the same colour/size. If you wish to have
a variety of sizes and colours then we (naturally) recommend that you purchase a larger number and
specify how you would like your order divided ("10 White Large, 10 White Extra-Large, 10 Red Large,
10 Red Extra Large, and 10 Black Large, please." That sort of thing.
CUSTOMS/DUTY:
It is the customers responsibility to pay the Customs/Tax Duty upon arrival at their destination.
Car Flag 500 holds no responsibility whatsoever on this issue and is not, in any way, able to resolve
problems with the Customs/Duty department of your respective Government. If you have concerns,
please contact your Governments local customs department to learn what your inport rate will be.
COUNTRY TAX:

holds no responsibility whatsoever on this issue and is not, in any way, able to resolve problems
with the tax department of your respective Government. If you have concerns, please contact your

CANCELLATIONS:
Car Flag 500 accepts order cancellations. However, the cancellation must come within the first 24
hours of the stipulated 'Processing Time' on your individual order. This 24 hours in known as the
'holding' day as we wish to give the customer the opportunity to cancel if an emergency arises. As
most orders require printing and creation of printing plates, if you cannot cancel your order within this
24 hour period, you will be charged a $100 USD cancellation fee. We cannot refund any cancellation

REFUND/RETURNS:
Car Flag 500 does accept requests for refund/returns in the following circumstances:
A) If the goods are damaged. This will require verification from the shipping company.
B) If the goods are incorrect. Naturally, we will immediately refund any orders that are wrong.
C) If the goods do not arrive within 5 business days of its expected arrival.
